Hotel Rooms Booking
All our special discounted room rates were negotiated with the hotels on condition
that we pay them in advance ie before our clients check-in

Deposit
Once your reservation is confirmed to your satisfaction, a small deposit of 20%
is required to retain, to monitor and to protect your booking

The end result all our bookings with the hotels are good one
and thus establishing a reliable relationship with the hotels

Balance
It is our policy to pre-pay your hotel rooms before your arrival.
This practice will prevent a lot of misunderstandings when you check in
The due balance payment depends on the hotels and season.
On average one or two weeks before arrival is sufficient
for us to finalise with the hotels ie pay the hotel, issue the Hotel Voucher.
(but during the high and peak season some hotels demand full payment 8 – 4 weeks before arrival)
A copy of the Voucher will be faxed or email to you once payment is cleared.

Package Tour Programs - for Group Booking

Deposit
A deposit of 20% is required only after a satisfactory arrangement
of Itinerary and Confirmation Invoice.
A further 20% is due four weeks before arrival.
Booking made and confirmed within 3 weeks before arrival required 40% deposit.

Balance 
The Balance is due in cash on the day of arrival - before commencement of tour

Cash - in Thai Baht
Bankdraft - made payable to Asian Splendour Holidays Ltd in Thai Baht. Must
       be drawn on a Bank in Bangkok

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation after the booking has been confirmed
the following cancellation charges are payable.

Refund
No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced or
in respect of any activities, accommodation, meals or other services not utilised.

Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and visa to Thailand.

Insurance
Clients are advised to take a Holiday Insurance from their country of residence before the trip.

Complaints
If during the course of the holiday the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction
he/she must contact the supplier of the service concerned and Asian Splendour Holidays
representative immediately so that prompt remedial action may be taken by us.

Liability
Asian Splendour Holidays Ltd. acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be bourne by the clients. Participation in our program implies the tourists agreement to the above conditions
